Peak Health Therapies
We run occasional Taster Sessions, to give prospective clients the chance to come along and find out more about the complementary therapies that we offer. Our latest session run during the Wirksworth Festival in September was highly successful and over-subscribed. If you want to be sure of getting an appointment, it is better to book in advance. There are no immediate plans for another Taster Session but please let us know if you are interested by email or telephone and we will put you on our contact list.
All our therapists will be happy to discuss your individual situation.
Appointments take 20-30 minutes and cost only £5.
THERAPIES USUALLY AVAILABLE FOR TASTER SESSIONS:
- BOWEN THERAPY - great for sore shoulders, musculo-skeletal problems & sports injuries
- COLOUR LIGHT THERAPY- a gentle and profoundly effective healing method similar to acupuncture but without needles
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - helps with anxiety, phobias, traumatic memories, grief as well as physical symptoms. Utilises tapping on energy meridians.
- HOMEOPATHY - safe but powerful healing without toxicity, so suitable for all ages and even during pregnancy
- HYPNOTHERAPY - the consultation can be issue based, question and answer eg "How does it work?" or sample relaxation
- INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY - find out what it is and how it might benefit you
- REFLEXOLOGY - therapeutic foot massage
- REIKI - gentle energy healing
